This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable rates and included breakfast. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit, and we could easily walk or take the nearby metro. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to every detail. The rooms were comfortable with standard amenities and the aromatic toiletries were a nice touch.

No negatives, everything was satisfactory.

I liked stuff and rooms, they where very good. Plenty of food for breakfast including cereal, fruit, eggs, toast and croissants. All in all everything was great, even so I had not clean bathroom.

The rooms were huge and light, had smoke detectors for safety. Central heating and an iron worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location was central, within walking distance of Midtown.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. The staff was also friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed. the hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool with fine views, a great feature that we enjoyed.

the hotel is fairly clean, with pretty friendly personal, and offers unbeatable location not far from great restarants as well as the dupont circle metro line. embassy row district is worth looking into.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Washington. I had a very good stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were with a serviceable bathroom. The breakfast had lots of cereals, eggs, fruit, toast and croissants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, great location near the Dupont Circle Metro station and easy transit or walk to the National Mall. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious. the staff was very accommodating, providing a kettle in the room for making tea and offering excellent restaurant recommendations.

Reasonably priced town hotel. The continental breakfast offered variety of food, something for everyone's taste. We had a very nice experience here.

Food was good and I have nothing but very special memories from this trip. The room was huge and luxurious, the staff was pleasant.

The hotel is in an ideal location, really close to the Dupont Circle metro station, making it very accessible, especially in the common areas. The room and bathroom were clean and well-kept, and the service was top-notch. They offered a great breakfast that included a variety of choices. The hotel had amazing views of the city, and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

While the hotel was wonderful in many ways, the room decor was a bit dated, which detracted from the overall experience.

No restaurant, or at least no kitchen, sandwiches for example. Scarce breakfast and no variety

The room was spacious, light, and comfortable, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. Easy walking distance to Dupont Circle Metro. Friendly staff and a nice bar with free wine for guests in the early evening. Free wifi and a neighborhood with lots of coffee and lunch places.

Felt like visiting family, with nothing being too much trouble.

The breakfast included in our formula was disappointing. The third morning arrived at 9:00 am there was nothing left, a poor coffee and 2 toasts, it's not serious.

Convenient location near public transportation, shops, and eateries. Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. a great option for a hassle-free stay in the city.

The best thing was the room, it was very nice and spacious.

Breakfast, because there wasn't much variety. Also, at night it didn't seem very safe to walk around the area.

Well located . You can find food and drink nearby. Apart from the barman of the we, the staff is very pleasant.

Breakfast disappointed me...no hot dishes, only orange juice for the fruit juices, little choice in the breads and above all little space. The worst breakfast day was Saturday: no bread or cereal. Just some cakes and fruits. And when I asked the barman his answer was quick: not today...not great. To know also in the street at the moment there are works so from 6am there is the noise of the construction machines but it is not the fault of the hotel.

Coffee in the morning. The bar can't accommodate an influx of customers. So long wait or breakfast standing and croissants absent. Situation known, and still unresolved.

The size of the room is perfect and everything is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice and well located

Breakfast is not the best, the bread is cold, there is only jam and Philadelphia cheese and they do not always replenish . The first day I arrived at 9.10 and there were no more things.

The staff is friendly, attentive and very professional.

The breakfast is limited - eggs from the delicatessen are missing.
